Chris, Ian and Cari have worked together on a number of M3 cloudsuite implementations with great success. Collaborating with Infor and Infor partners they form the core internal ERP team for customers implementing or upgrading M3 and associated software products. Specialising in brand carve outs for venture capitalist and private equity companies they deliver to very tight deadlines and offer post TSA support which enables a fast and clean separation.

Working with a close team of trusted functional and technical consultants they can provide the customer with expertise in all areas of M3 and so provide a complete team for any project.

CARI

Cari is a highly sought after professional with more than 20 years experience as a senior Infor M3 Finance Consultant and Configuration Manager. Having worked in service delivery for both Infor and their partners, as well as directly for clients on implementation and upgrade projects, she has a complete understanding of the lifecycle of projects and is able to take a pragmatic approach whilst maintaining integrity and credibility and delivering working solutions to tight deadlines. She is passionate about delivering the best possible solution for companies implementing business change. Her experience with Infor's Cloudsuite and her ability to build trusted relationships allow her to help customers realise the full benefits of their M3 ERP system.

Chris is an exceptional M3 Technical Project Manager and Solution Architect, with over 20 years experience as a freelancer, which means he  has an impressive track record of developing IT strategy and operational support capability in the private and public sector. He is customer focused which is underpinned by strong commercial awareness and supplier / stakeholder management. He is conscientious with a methodical eye for detail and has the ability to manage teams across multiple time zones whilst working to tight deadlines. He is effective in managing technical and business change, following recognised industry best practise methodologies, such as Prince2, ITIL and Agile. He specializes in the use of extensibility tools to enhance standard M3 functionality which makes him a formidable asset to any M3 project.
